Food Reads

My near month-long absence has mainly been due to the fact that I got too carried away with reading. But I think it’s been one of my more healthier “addictions”, of sorts. Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential (the Insider’s Edition, no less), Gordon Ramsay’s Roasting in Hell’s Kitchen (alternatively titled Humble Pie if you’re from the UK) and other food memoirs have been keeping me company (apart from great food, of course).

I do feel bad that I have somewhat neglected the blog, but I do hope that the above-mentioned memoirs will serve as a catalyst for more entries in the very near future. But like I said, I find that reading is indeed a healthy addiction (to which I feel many would agree). A load of other food-related books have been marked “to-read” though, so I think you can guess where this is going…
